Return & Refund Policy

At OncendAgain, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@OncendAgain.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@OncendAgain.com or +1 307-323-4789. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
